Does anyone know of a techno song that has something like “I had to run run run..I had to get away” in it? The music video, I believe, featured disembodied mannequin limbs, like legs walking, arms moving. Something wearing a life vest, or the like.

It’s been bothering me for years. I saw the video on MTV late at night. It’s incredibly random, I know.

And no, it’s not by Randy Newman of Flock of Seagulls. It is a techno song with synthesized beeps. It’s not by Air either.
