		<description>Hello Wood,

here some benefits and disadvantages for PHP and .NET;

###########################################

Costs: PHP free ; .NET you need a licence

Costs for Hardware/Hosting: PHP low ; .NET high

Browser support: PHP high ; .NET you can get problems

Usability on Development: PHP only with additional Frameworks like crVCL ;-) ; .NET included

###########################################

I would advise you to prefer PHP, with .NET the costs are between 60% and 90% higher. About difficulty to code, this depend on the experiences of the developer, .NET is also not more easier, but different.

But problems to make a shop I can negate, see http://www.panthermedia.net, it&#039;s developed complete with PHP and my crVCL Framework.

best regards
